Habersham Dental, located in mid-town Savannah, GA, is undergoing a significant expansion and remodel to enhance its capabilities and patient experience. This project will increase the practice from 13 to 19 operatories and introduce a new sterilization area, restock and supply spaces, laboratory, and imaging space. Additionally, the remodel includes a modern staff lounge, conference center, kitchen, and expanded offices for associates and staff. NU Real Estate Advisors is overseeing the entire process, including project planning, architectural design, budgeting, and coordination with construction teams. The goal is to complete the expansion without any disruption to clinical operations, ensuring continuous care for Habersham Dental’s patients.
