The Smile Center, located in Mobile, AL, is a 1.25-acre site for a new 5,200-square-foot 12-operatory dental office. This office will include a new efficient clinical design with a laboratory, sterilization supply room, team lounge, training center, and large client reception area. NU Real Estate Advisor handled the site acquisition, civil engineering, architectural design, budgeting, project financing, and the purchase of clinical equipment. Construction will start in August 2024.
