Turlock Dental Care, located in Turlock, CA planned to expand from 8 operatories to 20. However, finding ideal sites in Turlock is a challenge, as zoning residential properties to commercial is almost impossible. To help them, NU Real Estate Advisors identified a prime corner that was 1.56 acres and succeeded in rezoning it for a 7,100-square-foot dental space for Turlock Dental Care. Additionally, we added an extra 3,700 square feet of professional commercial space for lease.
NU Real Estate Advisors put together a top-notch development team from the Modesto area, which included an architect, civil engineer, interior designer, and general contractor. Despite the COVID-19 epidemic, the building was constructed with limited delays and delivered to the client under budget. We also assisted in securing construction financing and long-term financing for the project.
